I prioritise efficiency and effectiveness in every aspect of training. With a commitment to cutting through the noise of misguided advice. I have worked with and have been personally coached by some of the best coaches and athletes around the world.

My life was fulfilled in many ways. Education, career, financial, family.. except my health. I couldn't run more than 5mins before meeting Ben. 

I signed up to do an Ironman and knew I needed more than a standard coach. Ben came highly recommended and I decided to go all in. 18 months later I heard those famous words 'you are an Ironman' at IM Portugal 2023.

Training has now become part of my daily routine. I have completed many races since and I still get that buzz like the I did at the start of my journey.
